Yeah, I do think that when you're first crafting a rune, it should have a higher chance at mutating. There should also be a way to intentionally mutate the rune, maybe through some strong fel or void energy? And yeah I do think trying to apply runes to already enchanted items would make the rune...
Epic
As for the runes, I do think that high-level runesmiths should be able to apply low-level runes, as that way there would never be situations where you really couldn't get a low-level rune as all of the smiths are too high-level. I do though like the idea of that you could kinda manipulate...
Yeah obviously it would be satisfying to dink someone in the head from 15 blocks away as a melee, and it would fit the theme of the warrior as they use axes/hatches.
I think adding something random to the runes would spice it up, but it shouldn't just give you garbage. Maybe a bit weaker or a...
I mean as I just said Warriors should have this ability, but it should be exclusive to maybe a branch like Viking. The Champion branch of warrior already has a charge move and a few knockbacks and -ups of its own. They can also regenerate health and gain extra armor. I don't think it would be...
Aight, I've warned you !!!
Shield Types:
- First of all, why is this exclusive to paladins? Knight should definitely be able to wield a shield, as they are gonna be the tank in alpha. Also, the second hand is going to be taken up by a map, unless Dennis makes a system that lets you get a...
Not gonna write a block of text on this suggestion as it's fairly simple.
I don't think it would make sense lore or gameplay-wise for classes to suddenly be able to attune to a specific element. These more seem like it could fit a specific class, maybe a shaman who can use the power of the wind...
First of all, thanks for replying, I've been waiting for one for a bit.
Obviously, you don't want a class that only has movement abilities, that would be absurd. But what I'm looking for is a class that has mobility, unlike the other classes. You could possibly give the most mobile class an...
Hey guys, Kabby here.
I've been thinking about some mechanics relating to the movement of players. I have a very "simple" question to ask.
How much mobility, is too much?
I've always loved very mobile classes in MMOs, as they seem the most fun classes to play instead of standing still just...
Yeah obviously not on exactly Christmas day but maybe the 20th would be good as that would be the "first weekend" of peoples' holiday, though obviously this entirely depends on its readiness. I'd hope for an earlier release if possible but from what Dennis has said this seems like a fairly...
Time for Kabby's epic review!!!!!!!!!!!:
- I've already commented on this a bit before, but here are some items:
1. Certain materials that are supposed to be very limited
2. "Legendary" items that are meant to be achieved by doing certain tasks, but some items that aren't too...
I do think seasonal events would be a good addition, though I do dislike having seasons be the same ingame to the ones irl. As we talked about certain resources would be restricted to each season. But waiting 3/4 of a year just doesnt seem right. Maybe you could make specific seasons longer and...
Well the skill tree is for picking the actual skills you pick but a talent tree for more passive effects and maybe a few actual skills, similar to how early wow talent trees worked
After re-reading this and reading it more thoroughly, there are two things that are most like gonna happen.
Either this would become a great feature making this a very in-depth server with everyone being able to create their own character giving near-limitless options on character or the more...
Just quickly read over this but the restriction of having only 10 skills slots is gonna hurt this suggestion, will be actually reading over and making a wall of text when I'm on my PC
Yeah that's why I suggested making things per player. Maybe there is a potion that a lot of people want, but you're only able to buy maybe three of them every reset. That would boost the worth of player alchemists that can provide those potion. Or people just have alts farm them and trade them...
If they make a day be 40 minutes, that would mean a year ingame would be rougly 10 days in the realworld. That might be a bit too long. Rather it should be maybe per season so it resets rougly every 2.5 days
Besides that I do like the idea of prices raising when items are bought, though the...
