Short description: Sidequest in the bar will not finish upon completion of all tasks, nor will the quest giver interact with the intent of the quest anymore.
Long description:
Upon accepting this sidequest, you are given some instructions: Speak to the barmaid, speak to frederick, speak to carl, defeat the turkey. I finished the above in a different order and defeated the turkey before speaking to frederick.
Furthermore, I also accepted the barman's quest to escort some peeps out of the tavern, if that has to do with anything.
Finally, my interaction with Carl also included part of the main quest line.
This whole quest was completed with me being a level 4 Knight, on the 2nd main quest.
