Short description: Displayed mana shows you have enough but you can't cast spell because actual value is still smaller.
Long description: You are unable to cast spell even if current mana shows 35, because actual value is rounded up (see error message on the second screen because it didn't captured to the first one).

Other useful information: Can be quite problematic when you are casting spells in quick succession. I would much rather prefer to have current values not rounded, gimme tha decimals ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ
