Fixed NPC + Zombie Despawn

In-game name: Kiruzx

Short description: NPC + Zombie Despawn

Long description: Just need to run pass Zombie and to near region area where you get block off and have message "Please kill Goblin first" if the zombie get teleport back because they follow you, both NPC and Zombie will despawn. Need some time to make them despawn too. (I do not pickup second chest) They auto despawn after x amount of mins

You could just stand at near region border ~3-4 mins it will auto despawn after a while. I will record when I am free.
