Fixed Lag issues after disconnecting

After disconnecting, joining another server, and then reconnecting, i get huge lag issues.
Long description:
After disconnecting, playing on another server, and then reconnecting, i get huge ping issues and i don't know where it comes from, this happened yesterday as well, but thought it was a 1 time thing. But sadly it is not.

A hotfix has been installed a at 4:30 PM UTC+2 time. This hotfix patches a major memory leak we found in one of our vendor software. We identified that leak to eat up about 65 to 70% of the memory before crashing the server completely. This should dramatically improve the stability of the system over time. I'm going to mark this ticket as fixed, but I'll leave it open for an extended period so it can be updated if issues occur again.

Please notify me if any lag issues occur again.
