Fixed Interactable tileentities and containers

Description: The containers in the character selection lobby can be opened. Although you can't really do anything with these containers, you still probably shouldn't be able to open them.

Now that I think of it; this applies to the whole server, since you can open tile entities and containers like enchantment tables, enderchests, etc. where you probably shouldnt'. I've gone and changed the title.
