I hate following Nolan, so decided to go to Dristan alone and took quest (and completed it) but during WAB II Nolan said to meet Dristan again, so I had Passanger Hunt in Completed and Active Quests:
Also these NPC's were spawned again and rewards given twice. Idk maybe its same with other quest which belong to the main quest.
