This is a simple quality of life feature for players.
The main function is to allow players to link their items in chat, it would appear something like this [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker] and when players hover over the name of the item in chat, it shows the stats like it would...
I dislike the general idea you went with the examples, I can see the main inspiration you have for how such a system would work is the old talent system from WoW, I also disliked that system and prefer the new one, my main problems with it is that a talent that increases your damage by 2% for...
I like the idea of there being some arenas where there is also enviroment threats/monsters, that way "cheesier" builds, for example builds that focus on crowd control, become more appealing if you can get damage from an "outside" source.
Wouldn't putting materials you can only get in a dungeon make it boring then?
If a dungeon that requires 10 people has enough material to make 1 piece of a set consisting of head, chest, legs and feet, you would need to run it 40 times to get everyone geared up.
Each class exists with the purpose of filling a role, currently 4 exist, warrior, knight, mage, priest:
warrior is melee dps
knight is tank
mage is range dps
priest is healer
Adding a class that doesn't fill a specific role and does everything the others can but weaker wouldn't be appealing.

I think he meant that there are 10 potatoes per player, if there are 100 players the shopkeeper would sell 1000 in total but only 10 to each player. Either way I think this doesn't solve the problem of it being too expensive or to cheap, after all we are left with another problem which is...
"It is because of this, I would also have to push for only one of each legendary weapon to be able to exist at any one point. They are of legend after all, you won't find duplicates."
While this sounds nice and makes it feel a lot more special, it is not practical in a video game, say one of...
"- The rarest materials and recipes should be untradable. This makes it so people actually have to complete certain content to become the very best blacksmith or alchemist. As mentioned before this would mitigate people from just sitting at the auction house all day just buying everything they...
