About New Class Freelancer

New Class Freelancer he should have special weapon that can transform into the other 4 classes weapons and should have all of their abilities just the low level abilities

Each class exists with the purpose of filling a role, currently 4 exist, warrior, knight, mage, priest:

warrior is melee dps
knight is tank
mage is range dps
priest is healer

Adding a class that doesn't fill a specific role and does everything the others can but weaker wouldn't be appealing.

Yeah, this is a problem, but I honestly hate this because this is literally ripping of King's Avatar. The main thing in the anime is that the main character plays an MMORPG and his class is like a specialist or something, and they can equip any weapon and use any classes skills. Then once he gets high enough level he unlocks a weapon which can transform into any other weapon, making him able to "swap classes" mid-fight.

Even if it wasn't ripped off of The King's Avatar, a freelancer class would either:

1. Be too hard to play (Ye Xiu is basically one of the #1 Glory players in TKA, and he's the only one who can play it effectively)
2. Just have meta builds spring from it, and everyone follows the meta build.
3. Be too overpowered as you can use any class's abilities.

Although I understand it can be alluring for people who read/watch The King's Avatar (like me), I really don't think that a "freelancer" class would be a good idea in the context of Dyescape. However, an Archeage-type dual specialization system could work if you wanted more diversity in terms of playstyle. Additionally, another light novel by the same author (Virtual World: Close Combat Mage) has a protagonist who is a mage class, but plays his character as an assassin/warrior/martial artist.
